Is it possible to truly reinvent yourself?

Can you reinvent yourself at 30?
A new habit can be learned in as little as 30 days. But reinvention will mean changing MANY habits over a much longer period of time. You do not need to make all changes at once, but the process of total reinvention will take multiple years, not months. You need to give your reinvention some time and breathing room.
