Aggrieved New Yorkers in lockdown can soon divorce and start suing one another again, court officials announced Wednesday. Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks announced that courts would begin accepting paperwork electronically in non-emergency matters, which include lawsuits and divorces, starting Monday.
